Chef Roy’s take on a classic French Onion soup. Dried apple slices and smoked Gouda on sourdough toasts serve as this delectable delight’s culinary companion. Mulled cider, onion, garlic and thyme give this dish the perfect “winter” accent to accompany any meal!

Heating Instructions

Place in microwave for 2 minutes, or until warm all the way through

For toasts, place bread slices on a baking sheet, top with cheese and green onions and insert in a 400 degree oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Top with apple slices and enjoy!
